When you book a test we collect the patient's name, age, gender, mobile number, email (optional), collection address and the tests booked.
When you upload a prescription we store the file you send. Test results are generated by our laboratory and stored securely.
Our website keeps basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
How we use your information
To collect your sample, perform the tests, share your report with you and contact you about your booking.
To send reminders and service messages by SMS, WhatsApp or email. We send promotional messages only if you subscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your health data
Reports are shared only with the registered mobile number after OTP verification, or with a doctor you authorise.
Access inside our lab is limited to staff who need it to deliver your service.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and private storage for reports and prescriptions.
No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you we will inform you and the authorities as required by law.
Retention
We keep booking and report records for as long as required by medical record-keeping rules and applicable law, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us using the details below.
