Using our services
By booking a test you confirm that the information you provide is correct and that you are allowed to book on behalf of the patients you add.
Tests should ideally be taken on a doctor's advice. Our reports support, but do not replace, a consultation with your doctor.
Bookings and sample collection
Time slots are subject to availability. We will try to reach you at your chosen slot; delays due to traffic or weather may occasionally happen and we will inform you.
Please follow the preparation instructions (such as fasting). If instructions are not followed, results may be affected and a repeat test may be needed.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website include applicable taxes. Coupons have their own conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.
Payment is collected at the time of sample collection unless you choose to pay online when that option is available.
Reports
Report times are estimates and may change if a test needs to be repeated or confirmed.
Reports are released only to the registered mobile number after OTP verification.
Limitation of liability
We follow strict quality processes. However, like any medical test, results may occasionally need to be repeated. Our liability is limited to repeating the test or refunding the test fee.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
