Rescheduling
You can reschedule your home collection free of charge by calling or messaging us before the phlebotomist leaves for your address.
Cancelling a booking
You can cancel any time before your sample is collected. If you have not paid yet, there is nothing more to do.
If you paid online, the full amount is refunded for cancellations made before sample collection.
After the sample is collected
Once your sample has been collected and testing has started, the booking cannot be cancelled.
If we are unable to perform a test (for example, due to an insufficient sample), we will either collect a fresh sample free of charge or refund that test.
How refunds are paid
Online payments are refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. Cash payments are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
